Your answers and portraits stay on your iPhone. A support message does not include them automatically.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. Please do not include private answers or health information.
Purchases
Open Plus and choose Restore purchase. A lifetime purchase restores on devices using the same App Store account. Apple handles payments and refunds.
Local data
The Privacy screen can remove saved answers and portraits from the device. Deleting the app also removes its local data.
